Recycling (and bin collections)

The recycling bins are located in the village hall car park.

All types of glass bottles and jars can be recycled here, as can both steel and aluminium food and drink cans. It helps to save space and keep costs down if you crush your cans before recycling.

Rubbish and Recycling Bin Collections

Below is a copy of the calendar issued by SKDC for the "collection dates" up to the end of March 2008. (Just click on the image to get a larger copy that you can print)

The collection day for Rippingale is Monday however see calendar for exceptions!

In order to make the calendar easy to follow Silver (Recycling) Bin collection dates are highlighted in salmon pink, and the Black (Rubbish) Bin collection dates are highlighted in silver! (Who on earth devised that!?!?) (No change there from the first one then!!!!)
