Welcome to the NEW Rippingale Village Website.

Rippingale is a small picturesque village sitting in open farmland to the east of the A15 some 5 miles north of Bourne in Lincolnshire, England, and 3 1/2 miles from it's nearest other Post Office! It has its own pub, village hall, church, residential care home, shop and post office.

The purpose of the web-site is to provide a focal point for the village activities and amenities for the benefit of the residents, and to enlighten the would-be visitor.

The construction of the website started in August 2004.  It flourished into a fully fledged information resource under the talented John Warman, but sadly, he chose to stand down recently for personal reasons. His contribution is gratefully acknowledged, and now the website is moving on, and we have initiated the use of a content management system. We hope this will prove popular, and it will certainly enable many more people to contribute to the site.
