PARISH COUNCIL OF
RIPPINGALE, AVELAND WARD
VACANCY FOR COUNCILLORS
1. There are three vacancies on the above Council caused by the resignation of Cllrs J.M. Hallas, 84 Station Street, B. Flatters, 16 Dovecote and J. Latham, 18 Millers Close, Rippingale.
2. A by-election to fill the vacancy will be held if within 14 days (not counting a Saturday, Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday or a Bank Holiday) from the date below, (i.e. 23rd April, 2010) ten electors for the ward/parish give notice in writing claiming such an election to the Returning Officer.
3. The Address of the Returning Officer is: Mrs. L. Youles, South Kesteven District Council, Council Offices, St Peter’s Hill, Grantham, Lincs. NG31 6PZ.
4. If no such notice is given, the Parish Council will fill the vacancy by co-option.
